On what would have been the 21st birthday of Jimmy Mizen, For Jimmy have organised a sponsored walk across the 21 different bridges in London. The walk is split up into 2 different routes offering the full 21 bridge challenge, and the family route - a pleasant 7 mile excursion concluding with Tower Bridge.
The standard route is the longest and most challenging of the two offered routes and takes on 21 bridges of London! This route is definitely a challenge as you will walk approximately 21 miles and in doing so take in more of London's sites. This starts at 8.30am.
The family friendly route starts at checkpoint 3 on the borders of Battersea Park and is a pleasant 7 mile route finishing with the Standard route at Tower Bridge.
The Standard route walkers will leave the start area in Richmond between 8.30 - 9.15am. Please note that late comers may not be able to register at the start area.
The family route walkers will leave the start area in Battersea at 12.00 noon.
Revel in the satisfaction of achieving greatness and receive the Jimmy21 Bridges certificate on Tower Bridge! Light refreshments will also be available at a drinks reception at the Bridge House Bar on Tower Bridge Road.
